The Westin Chennai Velachery – Hotel near airport in Chennai

The hotel is located in the peaceful Velachery area, opposite a major institution, offering easy access to various city attractions. The rooms have a musty smell due to humidity, but the adorable washcloth animals provided a delightful touch every day. The service was attentive, especially in catering to my tea preference at breakfast. The dining experience at Seasonal Tastes was exceptional with a vast spread of Indian and Western options. Improvements could be made to enhance the overall guest experience.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel in Tambaram with my family every weekend. The rooms are nice, very spacious, and incredibly clean, meeting my high standards. The service provided by Kumar, Meena, Priya, and Gopi is exceptional, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The location was convenient, especially for business travelers around the IT corridor, and the proximity to Phoenix Marketcity mall was a bonus. Although the dining options were a bit limited, the overall experience was fantastic.

The dining experience, particularly in the Club Lounge on the 9th floor, offered fresh farm-to-table products and great discounts. Overall, a superb stay with top-notch service.
